Portrait of Tisha Cueva

You don’t need to have the whole plan. You just need the courage to take the next step.

A life of useful reinvention

She knows what it means to begin again.

Tisha Cueva has spent her career building, rebuilding, and helping organizations move forward with intention.

She began as an entrepreneur in industrial plastics recycling, building a business with international reach and learning every part of leadership up close, from sales and relationships to manufacturing, finance, and operations.

That experience became a foundation for advising growing businesses, supporting complex organizational change, and leading contracts, finance, and operational strategy. Across every chapter, her work has centered on translating ambitious ideas into disciplined, human execution.

Why Queen of the Camp

Because a real story can change how we see our own.

Queen of the Camp grew from Tisha’s belief that every story has something to teach us. The right conversation can challenge how we think, introduce us to a new perspective, inspire growth, or give us something practical to carry into our own lives.

As host, Tisha creates honest conversations with people who have something meaningful to share. From leadership, business, and innovation to confidence, resilience, personal growth, and navigating change, the conversations are grounded in real experience and the lessons we can learn from one another.
